Students can log in to their Clever account, and search for Britannica School. Here, they can discover encyclopedia articles, multimedia, primary sources, games, and other learning resources that support student research and reinforce curriculum standards.

Library Hours
Our library is open Monday-Friday from 7:50 a.m. to 2:15 p.m.
Classes are scheduled throughout the day.
Check-out Policies
Book check-out is open to all Kindergarten through 5th-grade students.
Kindergarten students can check out 1 book at a time.
1st through 5th-grade students can check out 2 books at a time.
Books are due two weeks after they are checked out.
Mission
The mission of the Calavera Hills Elementary School Library is to foster the love of reading for pleasure and information by connecting our students, faculty, and administration with the resources, technology, and critical thinking skills they need to inspire learning. We will enrich lives by maintaining a nurturing, safe, fun, and inviting environment for all and strive to meet the needs of our ethnic, cultural, and educational differences to properly serve our school community. We will collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to inspire learning and ensure that we have adequate resources to become lifelong learners.

The Calavera Hills Elementary School Library's vision is to empower students to be curious, passionate, respectful learners who explore, connect, evaluate, and create.
